Monday Check In

Well, I'm holding steady at 133. Not down, but not up, so I'll take it. I didn't do as well point-wise this week, and I also didn't exercise as much as I should have. I was down to 132 the other day, but the pound loss didn't stick. Hopefully it will show back up for next week.

I did however run/walk 3.5 miles last night. I clocked the first 3 miles at 38:42, and just walked the last 1/2 mile to cool down. It really was not that hard - I could have pushed myself more to get it done faster - so that was a good feeling.

  1. Way to go, Jenn! You've inspired me; I started running 2 miles a day 3 days/week. I decided to try to workout in the morning because I have such a hard time working out in the evening. What time are you doing your workouts?

  2. OK, one more thing... are you drinking a lot of water? It used to be so easy for me to drink enough water. Somehow, working and chasing two little ones around requires more caffeine than water... my drinks of choice are coffee and diet coke! I feel like I might have to go cold turkey on the diet coke to get my water. Any tips?

  3. Hi Erin - I'm drinking tons of water lately. I don't keep soda in my office so after I have reached the coffee saturation point, I switch to water!!
